What is a Wig?
A wig, unlike a topper, is a full complement to the hair, covering the entire head with the back of the head. It can be worn by every woman, regardless of whether she has hair or not, and whether she wants to wear a wig for medical reasons or simply to change her appearance.
BijouHair wigs are made of the highest quality materials and completely easy to put on, they do not require the use of glue or tapes and their installation takes literally a few moments - guaranteeing a natural look and wearing comfort without fear that the wig will fall off your head during intense activity. In BijouHair wigs, you can easily play sports, ride a bike or exercise at the gym.
The materials we use for the construction of the wig cap are very light and ensure the appropriate degree of air circulation, which translates into comfort of wearing. The cap adheres perfectly to the head, which makes the wig look very credible on the head and it is practically impossible to distinguish it from real hair. Each wig has adjustable, elastic straps at the back of the cap, thanks to which we can adjust the circumference of the wig cap to the circumference of your head. In the upper part of the base of the cap, micro-leather is usually used, in which each hair is woven and fixed by hand into the base, which gives the effect of hair growing out of the scalp.

Types of Wig Bases
PREMIUM SKIN TOP base
The most popular and recommended type of base in the BijouHair offer.
In the parting area, it gives the illusion of hair growing out of the scalp thanks to the use of a micro-skin through which the hair is handwoven to hide the knots of the bonds and give the effect of natural hair growth. Even wearing a wig cap and using glue becomes redundant.
Creates the most natural looking parting line that you can change as you wish.
It lays the hair the flattest on the entire head compared to lace wigs, which usually have a little more volume.
It has clips, a comb and an elastic band to adjust the cap at the back of the head. It is constructed on a flexible mono cap.
You can additionally use silicone strips on the forehead line, sides and top of the cap so that the base sticks better to the head. This is recommended for people with no hair or severely thinning hair.
Base sizes S/M/L.
LACE TOP base
It has a lace mesh on the front and the upper part of the cap (parting line), on which single hairs are sewn by hand and the so-called. baby hair to give the front hairline a more natural and subtle look. The mesh is cut to the shape of your own hairline before the first wearing.
It gives more styling options than the lace front base, because in this construction of the cap you can freely push the hair back.

It has a lace mesh on the front (without a parting line as in the case of the Lace Top base), on which single hairs and baby hair are sewn by hand to give the front hairline a more natural and subtle look. The mesh is cut to the shape of your own hairline before the first wearing.
The flexible back of the base is constructed on a mono cap.
For this base, we usually additionally use micro-skin on the parting line to give it a natural look and the illusion of hair growing from the scalp.
It has clips, a comb and an elastic band to adjust the cap at the back of the head.
The front can be worn unglued or glued with glue, tape or worn with a wig band.
It gives you the option of tilting your hair backwards from the parting line.
You can freely change the partition in it.
FULL LACE base
All the hair in this base is hand woven, wherever you part the hair it will lay and fall freely, mimicking the natural movement of your hair.
The entire base made of Swiss lace is very delicate and the least durable, so it should be properly cared for to avoid damaging the mesh.
The most comfortable to wear, it has no seams, which makes it incredibly soft and light, thanks to which it fits perfectly flat on the head.
Versatility of hairstyles - from high ponytails to braids, freedom in changing the parting.
It can be attached either with glue/tape (for people without hair) or with combs with an elastic band at the back of the base (for people with hair).
It is possible to sew imitation leather on the parting line and the top of the head (micro-leather made of a thin layer of silk ( SILK TOP FULL LACE ).
