Our systems are woven only from the highest quality natural European and Slavic hair. Remember that you will only achieve long-lasting beautiful hair if you take proper care of it. Keep in mind that even the best quality hair extensions are dead hair that has no chance to be strengthened from the inside and needs proper care. How long you will enjoy a beautiful and healthy hairstyle depends only on you and proper care will translate into the life of your supplement
18 CARE PRINCIPLES
1. Avoid too hot water when washing your hair (it dries the hair out)
2. Do not let your hair dry before combing (prevents tangling)
3. Comb your hair from the ends up, do not tug and do not comb directly after the base
4. Do not comb your hair when it is very wet, due to its high susceptibility to damage - first dry it gently with a towel
5. Use a boar bristle brush or a wide comb to detangle
6. Always apply conditioners below the joints, not directly on the base (otherwise you can loosen the knots woven on the base of the hair)
7. Use the right hair care cosmetics - poor quality drugstore, herbal or medicinal ones can irreversibly damage your hair after the first wash
8. Avoid drying with very hot air
9. Always use a heat protectant before using a straightener or curling iron, each styling dries the hair very much, so do it rarely
10. Never straighten your hair after using hairspray or other styling products - always wash your hair first
11. The temperature on the straightener should not be higher than 150 degrees, otherwise you can burn your hair
12. Do not use metal pins - they can damage the base and structure of the hair
13. We do not recommend swimming in the sea or chlorinated water (if you must pin your hair up high) and be sure to wash it after swimming. Salt or chlorinated water damages the hair
14. We do not recommend using a lot of products for styling and backcombing - you can use varnishes, but rarely and in small quantities
15. Try to change the place where the topper pins are inserted from time to time to relieve the hair as much as possible and prevent local damage
16. Remember not to sleep in a topper or wig if possible - the supplement will serve you longer and your head will rest
17. We do not recommend bleaching or aggressive coloring - remember that it can permanently damage your hair and you do it at your own risk. Hair that has been colored before cannot be bleached under any circumstances
18. We clean the restoration about 2 times a month (it also depends on your individual needs)
CARE COSMETICS
Ordinary drugstore, cleansing, herbal or pharmacy shampoos cannot be used for the care of restorations. Use products without salt, sls, sles, alcohol or fruit acids (Fructis type) in the composition. Cosmetics with sls or sles wash away the pigment, so colored hair will lose its color, while those with alcohol in the composition dry the hair cuticle. The best cosmetics are highly moisturizing preparations containing natural oils such as argan, coconut or aloe vera.
On our website you will find our recommended care cosmetics that will allow you to properly care for your supplement.
CARE STAGES
I. WASHING
Remember that all the pins in the topper must be fastened. Start by carefully combing your hair, from the ends, working your way up. Do not comb directly on the base so as not to damage it. Pour warm (not hot) water and a few drops of shampoo into the sink. Insert your refill and wash with gentle, stroking movements, up and down. Remember, do not make circular movements so as not to tangle your hair. Don't forget to wash the base too. Rinse hair by gently running warm (not hot) water from top to bottom.
II. CONDITIONER
Gently dry your hair with a towel (excess water dilutes the consistency of the mask and makes it run off the hair before it starts to work) and spread the mask over the entire length of the hair, omitting the base of the supplement (applying the mask at the very top can loosen the knots of the woven hair and cause hair loss ). Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse several times from top to bottom with a gentle stream of warm water until the foam disappears from the hair. Remember to rinse the conditioner thoroughly, otherwise after drying the hair will be caked with cosmetic, excessively weighed down and will look stale.
III. DRYING
Dry your hair gently with a towel to remove excess water and comb, starting from the ends and working your way up. Remember not to tug your hair, treat it very gently. You can now arrange the parting anywhere. Put the restoration on a stand or head and leave it in a warm room to dry on its own. You can also use a blow dryer, setting it to cold air and directing it from top to bottom, so as not to tangle your hair. After self-drying, the hair may be bounced off the base and slightly "fluffy" - don't worry, this is normal. If you want your hair to be as smooth as when you bought it, you need to style it with a straightener and heat protection spray.
IV. MODELING
Before styling, remember to always use a heat protection spray, as any styling with heat damages the natural hair. The hair will become frizzy, lose its shine, become dull and dry.
Spray the restoration with the spray and wait a moment until the mist settles on the hair and the hair dries. Comb gently and then straighten your hair, starting from the roots and working your way downwards - you can help yourself by using a comb and combing each strand separately, while using your other hand to start straightening on this strand.
The temperature on the straightener cannot exceed 150 degrees, and remember not to straighten the same strand several times, because you can burn your hair. Styling should be as short as possible.
